These terms govern your purchase and use of Laesi, a desktop app for Mac, Windows, and Linux.
License
When you buy Laesi, you get a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the app on any computers you personally control. One purchase covers Mac, Windows, and Linux. Don't share your license key publicly or with other people.
Updates
Updates are free for life. When you buy Laesi, every future update is included at no extra charge — there is no paid major-version upgrade.
Acceptable use
Don't use Laesi to violate copyright — don't import books you haven't paid for and aren't entitled to read. Don't redistribute the app binary or crack the license.
Your content
You own everything you import. We make no claim on your vocabulary, your reading history, or the texts you upload. Laesi processes them on your own machine.
Refunds
30 days, no questions asked. Email us from the address you bought with, and we'll refund the full purchase.
Warranty
Laesi is provided as-is. We aim for a reliable app but can't guarantee it will work with every file, on every machine, forever.
